As a part of Pride’s 50th celebration, Pride at ISU will host the Queertober Ball where all students, alumni, and community are welcome to attend.
During this event, drag performances will take place around a costume contest and the creation of a protest banner that will encapsulate Pride’s voice for years to come.
This will also be a time to celebrate Pride at ISU’s history, its members, and alumni recognition for all that they have done for the campus and community, all that Pride and its alumni have a potential to accomplish, and all that they will continue to do for their communities and this campus. The group also asks for photo submissions of memories with Pride at ISU (even from those that are not able to attend the event).
The event is free to attend with food and drinks provided.
