All entries due by 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13.

What is Campus Decorating?

It's an opportunity for your office or department to promote Redbird pride and show Homecoming spirit! The tradition dates back to 1927. All campus offices are eligible and encouraged to participate.

How are entries judged?

Entries will be judged on criteria including:

• Use of the 2026 theme, "Redbirds Reunite"
• Use of school spirit
• Use of Illinois State University's name or image
• Impact of decorations all week, not just on judging day
• Judges will visit all entries on Friday, October 16. Decorations must be completed by 8 a.m. on October 16.

What do you win?

First-place winners for each category will receive a $40 prize. Categories include:

• Best ISU spirit
• Most original use of the Homecoming theme
• Most humorous
• Best use of Reggie
• Best newcomer

Winners will be announced on Tuesday, October 20 on the Homecoming website.
